Terms and Conditions
- Your Kristi's Klub's membership is valid through the life of the program (reoccurring appointments every six 6 weeks). You do not need to set up reoccurring appointments.
- Customers who cancel or are a no-show two or more times will forfeit their Kristi's Klub's membership.
